Jersey Dough was created by a father-and-son team led by Jimmy Kourgelis, a founder with a lifetime of experience in hospitality (The Venetian, Shadowbrook at Shrewsbury, and Seasons Catering), alongside his son, Christopher Kourgelis, a partner bringing fresh energy and new ideas to the concept. Our goal is to share our love of fresh, affordable food with the people and families of greater Jersey. It is with immense gratitude that we would like to give back to our neighbors, employees and Garfield community.
